This policy explains how AIQORA collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website, in accordance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations issued by Decree No. 816 of 2025 of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through this website is AIQORA Consultations, Training & Digital Solutions (LLC), based in Alexandria, Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data collected through this website in both its Arabic and English versions. It does not apply to external websites or platforms we may link to, including social media, each of which has its own privacy policy.
3. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed for a specific purpose:

We do not request any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include any in your message.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before sending the contact form.
- Taking pre-contractual steps at your request, such as preparing a proposal for a service or training program you asked about.
- Legal obligations imposed on the company by Egyptian legislation, where applicable.
5. Purposes of processing
- Replying to your enquiry or consultation request.
- Preparing proposals for services and training programs you requested.
- Notifying you when training programs you registered interest in are launched.
- Protecting the website from abuse and automated messages.
We will not use your data for direct electronic marketing or any purpose incompatible with those above without your separate consent.
6. Retention period
We keep data submitted through the contact form for no longer than twenty-four months from our last contact, unless it leads to a contract governed by its own terms, or the law requires a longer period. After that, the data is erased or made no longer linkable to you.
7. Sharing data with service providers
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We use the following service providers to run the website, and they process data only as needed to provide their service:

8. Transfers outside Egypt
Some of the providers above, or their servers, are located outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. Data is transferred or processed abroad only in line with Articles 14, 15 and 16 of the Law and its Executive Regulations, based on the explicit consent you give when sending the form, and with providers committed to an appropriate level of data protection.
9. Data security
- Encrypted connection between your browser and the website (SSL/TLS).
- Access to data limited to authorised staff bound by confidentiality.
- Spam protection without tracking tools.
In the event of a personal data breach, we will report it to the Personal Data Protection Center within seventy-two hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you within three working days of that report of what happened and the measures taken, in accordance with the Law and its Executive Regulations.
10. Your rights
The Law grants you the following rights over your personal data:
- To know what personal data we hold about you, and to access and obtain it.
- To withdraw your prior consent to retention or processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- To have your data corrected, amended, erased, supplemented or updated.
- To restrict processing to a specific scope.
- To be informed of any breach of your personal data.
- To object to the processing of your data or its results where it conflicts with your fundamental rights and freedoms.
11. Exercising your rights and complaints
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@aiqorasolutions.com describing your request. We will respond free of charge within the legally prescribed period, and may ask you to verify your identity first to protect your data.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center if you believe your data was processed in breach of the Law.
12. Children's data
This website is intended for adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen without a guardian's consent. If we learn that a child's data was submitted without such consent, we will erase it immediately.
13. Cookies and storage technologies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It only uses your browser's session storage to note that your visit has been counted, so it is not counted again as you move between pages. This is deleted automatically when you close your browser.
The fonts used on this website are hosted on its own servers, so your IP address is not sent to any font provider.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legislative or operational changes, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Where a change is material and affects how previously collected data is processed, we will seek your consent where the law requires it.
